En collaboration étroite avec la responsable Coordination Commerciale Compte Global, vos missions principales seront :
- Coordination avec tous services MANE nécessaires pour traitement des demandes clients	
- Réalisation et suivi des tableaux de bord nécessaires	
- Préparation et suivi des envois clients	
- Participation à l'organisation des rendez-vous client	
- Support possible au Sales Manager pour suivi du chiffre d'affaires et ses prévisions	
- Application des procédures GPMS et autres et des business rules	
- Application de la stratégie commerciale BU L'Oréal, en respectant une stricte confidentialité et en priorisant les actions et projets	
- Veille à la bonne prise en compte et coordination des demandes clients.

Vous travaillerez sur GPMS, les logiciels MANE et PowerBI.

CDD 6 mois. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
-	Formation supérieure (Bac +2 minimum) en commerce, gestion ou marketing.
-	Expérience minimum 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire : coordination commerciale, gestion de projets ou support aux ventes, dans le milieu de la parfumerie, ou sur le compte L'Oreal.
-	Une connaissance ou un intérêt pour le secteur de la parfumerie ou des 
- La gestion et suivi opérationnel du clien-clé. 
- Support des Sales Managers BU L'Oréal EMEA CGF, dans toutes les actions entreprises afin de gagner de nouvelles affaires et maintenir les existantes.

Vos activités et responsabilités seront les suivantes :
- Enregistrement et suivi des demandes clients et projets, réalisation de toutes les saisies nécessaires dans GPMS	
- Suivi des prix de vente	
- Communication avec le client et traitement de leurs demandes	cosmétiques.
-	Maîtrise des outils bureautiques : Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
-	Excellentes qualités relationnelles, organisation, rigueur, bon relationnel, implication, autonomie, communication, priorisation, travail en équipe, bonne gestion du stress, force de proposition
-	Bon niveau d'anglais requis à l'écrit comme à l'oral (échanges réguliers avec des interlocuteurs internationaux) - Niveau C1.&lt;br /&gt;

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB: 
To lead the commercial activities of the Fragrances Consumer Goods division in the Nigerian market, ensuring profitable growth and the sustainable development of sales.
The role also acts as a key link between the Nigerian team and regional management, supporting people-related and administrative matters in close collaboration with the Director Fragrances Sub-Saharan Africa.

SCOPE OF JOB
Customer Centricity 
Sales Management
•Drive sales and business development for V. MANE FILS Nigeria under the supervision of the Director for the West African market.
•Be accountable for achieving the country sales budget.
•Translate the regional plan into a country-specific commercial strategy and define a local strategic plan for validation by Regional Management.
•Implement and monitor the commercial strategy, ensuring that the required resources are in place to achieve objectives and identifying gaps where necessary.
•Focus on key growth priorities, including must-win projects, talent recruitment, employee development, prospecting for new business opportunities, forecast accuracy, and follow-up on overdue receivables.
•Lead and coordinate major projects in Nigeria in collaboration with the relevant Category Manager.
•Manage communication within the local market.
•Provide the regional / EMEA structure and Category Managers with all relevant market information, including customer, competitor, and product insights.
•Develop a sustainable business in the market in line with company guidelines.
•Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with strategic plans, and escalate opportunities that fall outside the agreed plan to management.
•Actively support the Global Accounts organisation in the market.
•Actively support distributors and agents in the market.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key local customers.
•Report results and analyses to regional management on a weekly and monthly basis.

Independence (Finance)
•Monitor overdue debtors and contribute to the setting of credit policies in line with direct management guidance, company policies, and procedures.
•Ensure compliance with corporate rules, including environment, ethics, and best practices.
•Manage the expense budget in line with regional management guidelines and MANE best practices.
•Support administrative and financial processes in coordination with the Fragrance Director Sub-Saharan Africa.

QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS LEVEL
•Business School qualification or Master's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 7 years' experience in International Business Development within FMCG, either in a brand-owner environment or a Fragrance house.
•Good knowledge of the FMCG market.
•Strong knowledge of the Nigerian market.
•Frequent local and international business travel is required.

The position will provide:
•Administrative support to the Commercial team (Key Account Managers) to participate in the performance of the Fragrance division's commercial activity and development,
•General support and service to ensure that the office runs efficiently

Scope of job:
Customer Centricity
-Support to Commercial Team
•Create and update all commercial projects in the dedicated system. This includes (not exhaustively):
o Project creation at reception of KAM briefs, 
o Requests for samples, 
o Requests for stability tests, 
o Requests for Pricelists,
o Requests for technical and legal documentation to be provided to customers,
o Entering Project and material feedback at the end of the life of the project.
•Liaise with relevant parties (pricing, laboratory, evaluation teams, etc.) who will provide you with the necessary support when required over the project life cycle.
•Create material supply requests to support the needs of the regional laboratory in Abidjan
•Ensure that all system information is accurate at all times and updated when needed.
•Generate new pricelists for our customers yearly.
•Act as a superuser / key-user of GPMS for the SSA region 
o Participate into dedicated trainings
o Train and support other GPMS users in the region when required.

-Support to Fragrance Director 
•Good understanding of processes to provide effective support with proactivity.
•Sense of accountability,
•Liaise with relevant stakeholders to find sustainable solutions to challenges encountered
•Work towards meeting set deadlines, while maintaining a good understanding of priorities.

-Parcel Management
•Act as the point of contact to Head Office for the reception of parcels and provide dispatch customs invoices when requested.
•DHL / UPS: Prepare documentation for all parcels, track and communicate accordingly with parties concerned.
