Description du poste : 
•	Le Marketing Manager reportera directement au Directeur Marketing Fine Fragrance et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales et de création, ainsi que les filiales
•	ll sera basé au nouveau siège Fine Fragrance de Mane à Levallois 
•	Il sera force de proposition pour développer des outils marketing innovants
•	Il identifiera les opportunités clients avec les équipes de développement pour construire la stratégie marketing à adopter
•	Il traduira les données consommateurs ou propositions olfactives en supports marketing marquants, cohérents et aspirationnels
•	Il saura retranscrire l'esprit corporate MANE

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
MANE is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our B2B Marketing and Consumer Insights function for the Home Care category (including Fabric Care, Air Care, and Surface Care) across West Africa. 
The core objective of this role is to analyze market shifts, track competitor landscapes, and translate consumer data into high-impact product concepts and proactive client pitches that drive business development for our Home Care partners. 

In addition to dedicated category management, this role holds a vital cross-border mandate as the Global SSA Home Care Strategy &amp; Commercial Assets Captain, driving regional category readiness and serving as a collaborative pillar for our Sub-Saharan Africa marketing ecosystem.

SCOPE OF JOB
Independence (Finance)
•Contribute to reach our Sales budget objective
•Collaborate to define Marketing and consumer insights budget – West Africa Region
•Respect Marketing and Consumer insights budget
•Support, in collaboration with Sales Team, sponsorships actions as well as special events with defined partners &amp; clients

Category Management &amp; Client Centricity (Home Care &amp; Fabric Care)
•Proactive Pipeline Support: Partner closely with the Commercial, Fragrance Development (FDM), and Technical teams to design tailored, data-backed product presentations and proactive pitches for key regional consumer goods accounts. 
•Market Opportunity Mapping: Analyze marketplace indicators, monitor macroeconomic trends, and execute Gap Analyses to identify emerging commercial spaces and new product ideas for our clients. 
•Client Workshops &amp; Events: Manage local marketing communication plans and lead the organization of client workshops, interactive scent masterclasses, and regional product exhibitions. Build a local and international research network (internal &amp; external)

Consumer Insight &amp; Research 
•Project Execution: Lead quantitative and qualitative consumer research projects to resolve customer briefs, handling questionnaire design, fieldwork monitoring, data analysis, and insight charting. 
•Collaborate with EMEA Category Marketing teams
•Analyse the market, customer diagnostics and makes recommendations to Sales Team
•Follow international trends and make local recommendations on new concepts or opportunities
•Methodology Innovation: Collaborate with global research networks to pilot new consumer testing methodologies and sensory approaches tailored to the regional market landscape.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Le Responsable Marketing Fine Fragrance &amp; Trends joue un rôle central de chef d'orchestre entre la stratégie marketing, les équipes internes du siège, les filiales régionales et les clients, en transformant les insights consommateurs en propositions créatives, techniques et business différenciantes.

Responsabilités clés
1. Stratégie marketing Consumer Goods
•	Construire le plan d'actions marketing de la catégorie en cohérence avec la stratégie globale
•	Identifier les tendances marché (macro et micro), insights consommateurs et opportunités business clés
•	Anticiper les évolutions du marché 
•	S'assurer de la cohérence régionale en échangeant régulièrement avec les homologues en filiales sur les initiatives marketing de l'année afin de nourrir le plan marketing stratégique
•	Favoriser les échanges cross-catégories
•	Développer des solutions de valeurs pour les clients FCG 
•	Assurer la responsabilité des recommandations marketing présentées aux grands comptes ainsi que les présentations cross-catégorie (alignés avec lead FDM et CI) 

2. Consumer &amp; Market Insights
•	Suivre et analyser les tendances :
o	Consommateurs
o	Olfactives &amp; gustatives
•	Traduire les insights en briefs stratégiques pour les équipes création, techniques et business

3. Innovation &amp; plateformes
•	Identifier et piloter les plateformes tendances fragrance

5. Activation &amp; communication
•	Superviser les contenus marketing de son équipe:

6. Leadership &amp; gouvernance

The Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies and initiatives within the organization in Fabric &amp; Home care and Personal Care segments, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and achieve business objectives. The Marketing Manager collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and targets.
This role reports to the Regional Head of Marketing, Middle East and is based in Dubai (in-premises).

Role Responsibilities:
-Active key contributor to the commercial team in identifying and driving existing and upcoming business opportunities and to add and enhance value solutions.
-Have a client centric approach in every initiative and be a true partner to clients ensuring the right support to their launches and to enhance success of their existing portfolio.
-Be a team player and work together with sales, fragrance development teams, consumer insights, labs, and perfumers to deliver winning products. 
-Stay abreast with market trends across segments in Personal, Home &amp; Fabric Care products and leverage information from MANE's global pool of Marketeers.
-Work closely with Global Marketing Teams in updating and using various Marketing tools and presentations and effectively customizing them to suit the needs of the region to add value to local clients and partners.
-Update the sales teams and evaluators on latest trend presentations, product launches, concept kits and more.
-Collaborate with the relevant technical stakeholders to promote MANE's technologies.
-Present latest trends, concepts and other Marketing tools to clients based on a thorough understanding of client's portfolios.
-Be the expert on marketing trends across the region and lead discussions, analysis and trend forecasting to answer questions, address concerns and provide solutions based on solid expertise and knowledge.
-Confidently create and present PowerPoint presentations and influence key stakeholders
-Lead the development of internal marketing support tools for successful projects and creative perfumes.
-Creatively participate in selected trade exhibitions.

Required Skills &amp; Experience:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's degree with focus on fragrance is preferred)
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Consumer Goods Marketing at a fragrance house or with a luxury fragrance brand.
-Experience working with Consumer Insight teams.
-Proven track records of completed market studies and resulting creative, proactive concept proposals.
-Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
-Ability to analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for product development.
-Strong knowledge of fragrance trends and innovation within the industry.
-Spoken and written English is a must, Arabic is preferred.
-Strong graphic skills in Adobe (Indesign, Photoshop), video creation and other digital tools (Canva, Wix…) is a plus.
