We are looking for a dedicated Commercial Support Assistant (m/f/d) to join our dynamic flavor team in Kerpen, Germany (near Cologne).

Your Tasks
• Close cooperation with the account managers and active sales support for a defined strategic target customer area in the food industry.
• A varied and interesting area of responsibility, which includes the processing of projects, samples, prices, and documentation inquiries from our customers.
• Establishing and maintaining customer data in Germany, Benelux, Scandinavia, and Switzerland.
• Direct cooperation with internal departments such as product development, regulatory and quality assurance on site and at our European production sites.

Profil du candidat recherché

Your Profile
• Completed commercial vocational training and several years of experience in a commercial support function, ideally in the flavour/food industry.
• Responsible, independent, structured and team-oriented work as well as a high level of service and service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and hands-on mentality.
• Fluency in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Proficient with the MS Office package.
