Summary
As Finance Manager Middle East, you ensure an accurate and timely process of all accounting and reporting requirements within the general framework of local legislation and MANE policies and procedures. You are responsible for all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Controlling, tax, and Reporting activities for all Middle Eastern entities.

Your Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate the company´s financial functions in accordance with local and global policies and procedures to meet all entities' business requirements.
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings by Local GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate budget management budget control and ensure cost optimization with the management.
• Support budget and forecasting activities in close cooperation with local operations and the Group Finance team.
• Coordinate and combine financial data and company forecasts into comprehensive, detailed reports.
• Manage companies' treasury, cash flows, and cash forecasts in coordination with the Group treasury team.
• Facilitate the internal and external reporting requirements: prepare the internal reports and other requests from the local management. Facilitate information from the categories to complete statistic reporting, including accounting data.
• Responsible for maintaining procedures and internal/external controls to ensure integrity and compliance with internal and external accounting, financial, and business regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Comply with the company's policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality, and business requirements within MANE's overall strategy and objectives.
• Facilitate required information for internal and external audits, collaborate in audits in the region.
• Responsible for supervising and managing the daily tasks of the local Finance managers and Accountants.
• Responsible for monitoring financial operations related to payroll. Ensure compliance with the legal obligation of entities.
• Responsible for monitoring credit limits and overdue for customers in the assigned geographical scope, in coordination with the headquarters.
• Build and maintain a good relationship with company partners such as banks, external auditors, accounting, and tax firms.
• Work in close relationship with other EMEA or group finance stakeholders and with the EMEA head of accounting for accounting shared services purposes

Profil du candidat recherché

Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with at least 8 years of experience within an international company.
• Fluent Arabic and English skills
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally to our Headquarters.
