For our location in Vienna, Austria, we are looking for a highly organized team player to join our Fragrances department as a Fragrance Development & Laboratory Manager CEE (f/m/d)

As Fragrance Development & Laboratory Manager CEE, you are building the baseline for customers experience by selecting the best suitable fragrances, preparing samples, and evaluating successful fragrances. You support the account managers' sales targets and ensure compliance with our customers and regulatory specifications for all fragrances in the category Consumer Goods, while respecting the MANE Group's strategy and values.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage all activities of the Applications Laboratory:
• Select best suitable fragrances for local projects.
• Manage local projects in the internal database.
• Prepare samples and run stability tests.
• Evaluate successful fragrances.
• Train to colleagues and customers.
• Record and document all laboratory activities.
• Manage all the laboratory requirements.
• Order and track stock of fragrance bases and raw materials.
• Follow and enforce internal procedures on quality, environment, and safety.
- Manage the fragrances collection:
• Ensure rigorous, qualitative, and efficient management of all fragrance creations in the collection.
• Keep the collection updated and promote it within the organization.
- Manage the Application Laboratory Assistant

Profil du candidat recherché

Your Profile
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years' experience in Fragrance Development in Consumer Goods Category (experience in other categories will be also evaluated)
• Good olfactive understanding and raw material knowledge.
• Customer focus, curiosity, and motivation to grow.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on mentality and passion for fragrances
• Flexible, open-minded, and pro-active personality that enjoys working in an international environment both individually and as part of a dynamic team.
• Highly self-motivated.
