Manage the activities of the perfumery CG division in the Nigerian market and ensure the profitable growth of our sales in the area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Sales Management

- Full responsibility of the entity: MANE NIGERIA under the supervision of the director for West African market,
- Focus on must win projects, recruitment and personal development of collaborators, prospection of new business opportunities, forecast accuracy follow up of overdue,
- Manage sales organization of the market (Nigeria),
- Manages local resources,
- Lead and coordinate all major projects in Sub Sahara in coordination with the concerned Category Manager,
- Accountable for the sales and expenses budgets of the country,
- Follow and adapt Regional Plan to the country. Define a local Commercial Strategic Plan accordingly, to be validated by Regional Management,
- Implement and monitor this Commercial Strategic Plan, ensuring resources are available for reaching objectives and identifying gaps when necessary,
- Manage communication inside its market,
- Feed regional /EMEA structure and Category Managers with all relevant information regarding its market (clients, competition, products),
- Develop a sustainable business in the area, in line with company guidelines (TO).
- Identify and capture new business opportunities in line with Strategic Plans, and submit to its Management those being out of plan,
- Actively support Global Accounts organization in the market
- Actively support Distribution/Agents in the market
- Develop strong relationship with local Key customers
- Report results and analysis to Regional management on a monthly/weekly basis

2. Financial and Administrative Management

- To follow bad debtors and to determine, set credit policies in conjunction with the direct hierarchy, company policies and procedures,
- Responsible for Corporate Rules compliance (Environment, Ethics, Best practices, …etc),
- Follow collaborators' performance in its market, identify gaps and initiate corrective actions when necessary,
- Manages local resources,
- Responsible for the expense budget, in line with regional management guidelines and MANE'S best practices.

Profil du candidat recherché

- Business School or Master's Degree in Business and Management
- Fluent English
7 years' experience minimum in International Marketing Development for FMCG in a brand or a fragrance house,
- Good knowledge of the FMCG market
- Work in an international environment
- Frequent business trips in Africa
