For our location in Warsaw, Poland, we are looking for a creative team player to join our Flavours department as a Junior Marketing Specialist.

Your Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and data analysis to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
• Desk research and store checks for new launches/trends.
• Analyse customer research, current market conditions, key players in the relevant markets and competitor information.
• Stay abreast on flavours events and relevant articles, purchase new products within the frame of the marketing budget.
• Create marketing presentations and concepts adapted to the local market. • Collaborate with other marketing teams, product-development, and sales teams. • Design pro-active trend presentations.
• Send out newsletters to account managers, key clients, distributors.
• Develop customized concepts for specific requests.

Profil du candidat recherché

Your Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
• Ideally first hands-on experience in supporting marketing projects within an international organization.
• Proactive approach to collaboration in a fast-paced environment, while also being able to thrive independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and orally).
• Strong organizational abilities, ensuring seamless management of multiple projects with efficiency and precision.
• Strong creativity and communication skills, coupled with analytical acumen, enabling the transformation of data into innovative ideas and compelling presentations.
• Team-player skills, willingness to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Canva, with a flair for design through tools like Photoshop being a valuable addition.
• Passion for marketing and flavours, first experience in the Flavours industry or similar is an asset.
