To strengthen the Flavours team in Istanbul, we are looking for a motivated
Laboratory Assistant Flavours Intern (f/m).

Your main responsibilities:
• Support Laboratory Applications in different projects and daily activities
• Maintain the Flavours library
• Prepare samples: labelling, packaging, documents
• Carry out prototype preparation: prepare raw materials, operate lab scale machines
• Follow the general hygiene rules of the company
• Shop for market samples and ingredients utilized for projects

Profil du candidat recherché

Your profile:
• Currently enrolled in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or equivalent studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluent English is preferred
• Highly motivated, ambitious and passion to learn
• Proactivity, good interpersonal & communication skills, positive attitude
• Team player skills

The internship is of minimum 12 months, for minimum 24 hours per week.
